We also know how to have fun. That may explain why we have one of the lowest turnover rates in the business - less than five new employees in an average year. Customers as well as new hires benefit from our ability to retain experienced, highly skilled individuals, who provide the vital on-the-job training and guidance that keeps us operating at peak efficiency year-round. While some of our team members have been with us for as few as six weeks, others are now completing their 19th year of service to the company. That gives us a combined total of 150 years in the landscaping and lawn maintenance business.
